ruralidyll is the namesake of artist Dylan WhiteAbout me
Thats me, I often call myself @ruralidyll online. I move between art, animation, comics and illustration; the heart of things is always drawing and writing. 


I’ve worked in animation for 20 years, first as a prop illustrator and assistant animator, and have freelanced widely as an after effects compositor, motion designer and director in commercials, episodic tv, music promos and short film.

I will often work on projects in creative managerial roles such as animation lead, comp supervisor, technical director etc, and I mentor and consult for Film London, London Screen Academy and various educational insititutions. 

Sometimes I just draw stuff.
